Ina

The INA brand, part of the Schaeffler Group, was founded in 1946, and achieved an industrial breakthrough in 1949 with the development of the needle roller and cage assembly by Georg Schaeffler. In 1952, an INA needle roller bearing replaced the previously used plain bearings in the transmission of the VW Beetle. Today, almost every modern passenger car contains INA engine and transmission components. Variable cam timers and hydraulic bucket tappets ensure improved performance, reduced fuel consumption, lower emissions, and increased driving comfort in modern car engines. INA rolling bearings, engine components, and linear technology are characterized by a high level of quality and reliability.
